Madic

Madic is a digital platform concept for a modern travel agency that focuses on personalization and streamlined trip planning. The goal was to design a user-friendly experience that supports travelers in creating custom itineraries based on their preferences, budget, and travel style.

Project  Role

I led the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including user research, persona creation, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
This was a solo concept project completed as part of the Google UX Design Certificate.

Challenge

Travelers often face information overload and impersonal experiences when planning trips online. The challenge was to design a platform that brings back the personal touch of a traditional travel agency, enhanced by smart digital tools and user-centered design.

Process

Interviewed travelers to identify pain points in planning and booking trips
Created user personas and mapped common booking journeys
Developed low- and high-fidelity prototypes with a mobile-first approach
Conducted usability testing to refine navigation and key features
Designed a clean, modern interface with intuitive filtering, recommendations, and travel planning flow

Outcome

The final prototype presents a flexible and easy-to-use travel planning platform that combines agency-level service with a personalized digital experience. Madic helps users discover, plan, and manage trips efficiently while feeling supported and understood.
